Registered Occupational Therapist and Alcohol and Drug Practitioner and Counsellor (DAPAANZ)

Sally is a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Specialist and Alcohol and Drug clinician. She is originally from the UK and came to NZ in 1996. She has worked in a variety of services including mental health, physical disability, community care and several alcohol and other drug services, and currently works as a Health Improvement Practitioner. She has a particular interest in developing healthy lifestyles and has a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Sally believes that clients know themselves best and uses an eclectic approach to counselling - including person-centred, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy.
